FISERV-Financial Data Services Company; Center City, Philadelphia, PA Complete engineering design for the addition of approximately 30,000 square feet to the existing data processing facility and data center. Responsibility ranged from the voice, data and security systems (card readers, door-closers, etc. for an access control system) through electrical power, lighting, fire protection, systems integration and mechanical designs.

Penn’s Landing Corporation; Maintenance Facility; Center City, Philadelphia, PA Complete engineering design for a design-build project involving the construction for a new 2 story maintenance facility (approximately 25,000 square feet) at Penn’s Landing on an existing parking lot site. Responsibilities ranged from the voice, data and security systems consultations through electrical power, lighting, fire protection, and systems integration. This included redesign of existing dockside systems to allow the existing shipboard (boats & submarine) exhibits to be integrated into the new facility.

Engineering, design, specification, and construction administration of a new 124,000 sq-ft nine story building with 93 units (352 beds) on a new two-level semi-enclosed 50,000 sq-ft parking garage with an adjacent 1-1/2 story clubhouse, ±1,500 sq-ft building.
